Have a question, an idea or a problem with CoasterTycoon? Send us an email. We read every message.
What can you email us about?
- Help with the game. Stuck on something? Check the game guide and the frequently asked questions first. If you cannot find the answer, email us.
- Report a bug. Is something not working as it should? Tell us what you did, what you expected and what happened. If you know, include the device and browser you are using.
- An idea or suggestion. A ride you would like to see, an improvement or an event theme? We would love to hear about it.
- Your account and your data. Lost your password, want an account deleted, want to see what data we keep or ask us to correct something? Email us from the email address linked to your account so we know it is yours. Read more in the privacy statement.
- Questions about advertising, partnerships or the press. You can use this address for those too.
Try these quick fixes first
Many problems are easy to fix:
- Reload the page and check that you are still connected to the internet.
- Is the game running slowly? Turn on Low quality in the menu and close other tabs.
- Cannot log in? Check that you are using your account email address and password. If you played as a guest, you do not have an email address: choose Play for free and your park will still be there if you return within seven days.
- Is a ride empty? Check that its queue is connected and that the coaster has passed a test ride.
What should you include?
The more we know, the faster we can help. Include your park name (shown in the game menu, for example Coaster#48213), what you tried and a screenshot if you can. Never send your password: we do not need it and will never ask for it.
When will you get a reply?
CoasterTycoon is made and run by Netron ICT, a small company, so there is no help desk. We try to reply within a few working days. We answer data requests, such as access or deletion, within one month at the latest. If you have not heard from us after a week, feel free to email again.
